About Me
My name is Allison (Ally) Dietz from Lake Villa, Illinois. I play softball with 18U Northern Ice 02 travel softball team out of Wauconda, Illinois. My positions are 1st base, 3rd base and outfield. At Lakes Community High School, I was a Freshman varsity starter at 3rd base and a 1st base varsity starter my Sophomore year. Playing travel ball has helped and continues to help me grow as an individual and build personal discipline. I bring a strong work ethic and positive winning attitude to my team which allows the team to work hard and play hard. I always count on my teammates to push me to be my best and they know I will do the same for them. I always cheer for a teammate when I know they are struggling to help them succeed in the next play or the next game. I want to be known as a positive role model on and off of the field.

Interests
I really enjoy painting and art. I am always being asked to paint or design something for other people at school. I have been taking communication classes and advanced sports training classes in high school. In the softball off season, I am a starting forward on the Lakes Community High School basketball team. I was also active in figure skating where I competed in Novice Test Track and tested in Junior Moves in the Field. I keep active with many school activities and events and also enjoy hanging out with my friends.
Future Plans
When I attend college, I am hoping to study in an area involving sports management, graphic design, communications, sports training or kinesiology. I am also hoping I can go to a college where I can play softball and work hard in my studies.
